A Few Words From a Degree Apprentice:
“Everyone makes out assessment centers to be this massive scary thing, but I think it’s the opposite. When done correctly, they are an amazing opportunity.
Throughout the entire application cycle so far, you’ve been solely judged by words put into documents and spoken over screens, repeating the same things over and over again.
Assessment centers give you a chance to really show that you’re more than that. They give you the opportunity to showcase your teamwork, communication and critical thinking skills, as well as so much more. The main thing they’re assessing is the way you think.”
Always great advice from our fellow apprentice network.
